Lamb and tomato tagine - a tagine is a deliciously spiced Moroccan stew, not spicy - in this case with lamb meatballs in a tomato and onion base, and served over couscous. Think cumin, coriander, turmeric, and of course ras-el-hanout and golden raisins!
