What do you guys think of the idea of a radish toast? In France, we eat radishes with salted butter, baguette, and salt. You will find the same idea in British tea sandwiches! But I am never sure how much folks here in the US enjoy radishes. So what do you think, would you try it? Should I run it as a special? Let me know!
